Paper Trail is a product range development and brand design project themed around the beauty of Vietnam. Using only scrap paper and recyclable jewellery bases, three statement jewellery pieces made for the product range reflect core symbols within Vietnamese culture that can connect wearers living in Australia to their heritage and culture. In response to the rise in Asian hate due to the pandemic, the brand is designed to make a statement of pride and willingness to defend our heritage and culture. It also embodies a dedication to growing more environmentally conscious creating a circular design system that reuses material to create new products.
